System Administrator

RMC is hiring for a System Administrator who will provide System Administrator support to an RDT&E environment.  The selected applicant will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of windows workstations and servers and perform hardware and software installations with a primary focus on maintaining the DoD security posture on the assigned devices.  The selected applicant will: 

• Support virtual and physical workstation and server patching.
• Provide ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support.
• Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cyber security standards to include NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) C&A Standards and project reporting requirements.
• Perform PKI maintenance for DoD systems.
• Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment.

Requirements

 Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and three to ten (3-10) years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is required. 
• OR Six (6) years of additional related work experience or an Associate’s Degree and four (4) years of additional related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments.
