Leisure Sports IT Department
Ensure all Leisure Sports, Inc. (LSI) computer systems and networks at the LSI corporate office, ClubSport, The Studio, and Renaissance ClubSport locations are properly functioning, updated, and maintained. Act as a system administrator for LSI networks and systems. Creatively troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Assist with network, software and hardware documentation, and the development and implementation of disaster recovery strategies.

Design, deploy, maintain and update ~450 Windows 7/10 endpoints and ~40 Servers in a multi-site Active Directory environment
Install, configure and manage VMWare vSphere environment
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and application servers including DHCP/DNS
Administer Office 365 environment including licensing and problem resolution
Maintain and audit user accounts and AD objects
Manage and test backup and disaster recovery systems
Keep up-to-date documentation of applications, systems, and network equipment
Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues with Micros POS system
Provide Tier 3 support to end users on a variety of issues via tickets, phone calls, emails, and in-person requests for technical support
Participate in an on-call support rotation to cover evening and weekend outages
Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the IT Manager
Advanced knowledge and experience with the following technologies
Microsoft Office365 administration in a hybrid environment (On-Prem AD)
Server 2008/2012/2016 Administration including DHCP, DNS, and GPOs
Cisco switching, Cisco Meraki MX/MR/MS administration
Manage Engine Desktop Central, ADManager, ADAudit
Kaspersky Security Center or equivalent
VMWare vSphere and Veam Backup
Meraki Mobile Device Management
Comfortable working with security cameras and NVR/DVR systems
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to document changes, multitask and prioritize issues and projects
Bachelors Degree (or comparable) in Computer Science or related field is required.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or other certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the field or related area.
Travel is periodically required.
