About the job System Administrator - Part Time Top Secret Clearance Jobs is dedicated to helping those with the most exclusive security clearance find their next career opportunity and get interviews within 48 hours. 20241030-2338-01 Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required Job Summary (salary is commensurate with education and experience) We require support for a standalone self-service photos system with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) that produces passport and visa photos in support of the Sponsor's travel office. The current system needs updated equipment and eventually may need updated software.

Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for the current and future system are required. Please Note: This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.

Responsibilities and Duties Assess and validate requirements for stand-alone tablets and software used for the standalone self-service photos system in multiple locations Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to include resolving technical issues with the tablets or software, and access or account administration Provide O&M support for the standalone self-service photos system Work with necessary Sponsor departments or through necessary approval channels to identify replacement hardware or software and initiate procurement of the equipment Track, monitor, and communicate the status on procurements and installations Track hardware devices and software licenses and be proactive to ensure nothing enters end-of-life status, ensuring devices and licenses have been identified for replacement Track and perform operations and maintenance of standalone tablets per the Sponsor's security regulations to include updating the anti-virus and patches to the operating system Experience Needed: Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly Demonstrated experience providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and software coordination, and maintaining to current operating system and software updates/patching versions on tablets, workstations or servers Demonstrated experience with standard operational Windows environment, including but not limited to, desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and web technologies Demonstrated experience with procurement mechanisms and processes for hardware and software procurement orders Demonstrated experience with assessing and validating requirements for systems or applications Optional Skills Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's IT security guidelines and policies Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's procurement mechanisms and processes for hardware and software procurement orders Demonstrated experience reviewing IT hardware and application requirements and providing advice on the most practical and cost-beneficial approach for Sponsor consideration.
