TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance required.Hours -2pm-10pm Mon-Tues; and 2pm-6pm WednesdayGroup: Help Desk, Tier IKey Responsibilities:
● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
● May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
● Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
● Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
● Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructureMandatory Skills: Customer serviceServiceNow Ticketing SystemRequirements:HS or GED And 5 yrs OR Bachelor's and 0IAT I Certification: IAT Level 1 cert required within 6 months of start date.Must be a US Citizen.Approximate Salary Range: $50,000 - 56,500Apply to dmagruder@flashtg.com or through our website at
