Must have exp : The right person should have quite the experience working on building out data models and associated templates in Benchling.Maintain and enhance the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. System upgrades : Leading and managing system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Security : Developing and enforcing policies for network and endpoint security. IT infrastructure : Working with the Business Technology team to align IT infrastructure with business strategies. Endpoint management : Maintaining and enhancing endpoint management tools.

Automation : Implementing and maintaining automated IAM solutions. Mentoring : Mentoring junior engineers and peers. Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware.

Troubleshooting and providing technical support. Monitoring system performance. Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures. Completing back-ups.
