We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD.
CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Job Description:Ticket Mgmt - Workflow Queue Coordinator
● Provides support via the telephone, chat, and/or email to our customers and/or technicians to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues.
● Validates tickets for completeness, accuracy, compliance to established standards.
● Prioritizes and assigns daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times and priority tasking.
● Escalates problems or tickets to higher level management when necessary.
● Provides support via the telephone, chat, and/or email to our customers and/or technicians to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues.
● Validates tickets for completeness, accuracy, compliance to established standards.
● Prioritizes and assigns daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times and priority tasking.

Qualifications:
Must meet contract level requirements for appropriate position.HS or GED with 0 years experience or Bachelors with 0 years experience
