This is a full time junior system administrator position. The work location is Woodbridge, VA. Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration and operating systems required. This is an entry level position and we are looking for a minimum of 0-2 years of experience. U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance from a Federal Civilian Government Organization. Must have valid license and vehicle to drive to work location and data center in Reston Virginia when needed.
This is an entry level system admin position. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow in a position and with our company. Technologies you will be exposed to include: VMWare, ServiceNow, AWS Cloud Services and a multitude of alerting, security, and management tools. Day to day activities include: backups and restoration, patch management, basic system admin functions like password resets, account creation, and basic Operating System troubleshooting. This position supports a 24x7 operation and requires some on-call and after hours and weekend work. Must be flexible to this schedule and willing to work an on-call rotation.

Mytox is a diverse company with capabilities ranging from engineering services, metal fabrication, Inline Compounding Injection molding and final assembly of sub-components. Mytox supplies products to major OEM's such as FORD, FCA and GM. Major Responsibilities * Responsible for setup, configuring and troubleshooting all PC's including hardware and software, printers and copiers * Responsible for all network cabling tasks * Responsible for setup, configuring and troubleshooting applications on servers * Responsible for documenting and maintaining network diagrams, phone lists, IP addresses etc. * Responsible for support of phone system, desk phones and cell phones including but not limited to various smart phones * Implementing and maintaining Mytox in-house programs (MES, Mytox Inquiry, etc.) * Following the procedure of IT support ticket system * Provide backup support for fellow team members to ensure that all user issues are addressed in a timely manner, including both hardware and software * Ensure that all Systems procedures are carried out according to applicable sections of BOS manuals at Mytox * Ensure that the MIS Team utilizes effective Housekeeping practices * Maintains responsibility for departmental Continual Improvement at all times, both in general and specifically related to individual duties * Provide on-call technical support and on-site technical support for Mytox Personnel during NON Normal business hours as required * Assumes the role of System Security Administrator (as per SOX guidelines) * Attends training based on Mytox Internal Training Matrix * Adheres to all Mytox safety rules and regulations * Is familiar with policies and procedures at Mytox * Any other reasonable requests by management Knowledge and Education * Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent function-related training * Minimum 5 years Information Technology related experience * Familiarity with PC (hardware & software), printers, PLC and network cabling * Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Routers/Switches, VMWare and NetApp * Familiarity with Windows Environment * Minimum 2 years related experience in managing SQL servers in automotive manufacturing environment (computerized inventory/production control and scheduling) * Strong knowledge of Visual Basic, C#, .Net, Windows Forms, Web forms, ASP.NET MVC, Core MVC, TSQL, Visual Studio, ECMAScript, JavaScript & Kepware * Excellent communication skills * Ability to deal with any type of user – sophisticated to entry level * A definite interest in computer (technological hardware & software) innovation Additional Information Mytox Manufacturing, a division of Magna Exteriors, is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process.
