We are looking for:
You, a resourceful, proactive, and hard-working system administrator with 7 years of technical expertise! You strive to improve customer experience, optimize deployment processes, and keep systems (and users) running happily. You are passionate about scripting, automation, and managing configuration as a code. You will apply your knowledge of IT and business to advance organizational goals, comfortably navigate policy, people, and process-related organizational dynamics, and work with a fun team while doing it!
In this position, you will:
Help with large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
Work closely with Imubit staff, deeply understanding and supporting their daily needs
Managing company network services: users, permissions, workstations, Single Sign-On, VPNs
Deploying security policies and hardening the endpoints
Installing, configuring and maintaining company computers
Monitoring existing installations
Resolving networking and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN)
Improving monitoring capabilities
Writing Windows scripts and automating tasks
Install and configure critical software, related services, tools, and operating systems
Performing audits on system access, collaborating with compliance and internal control teams to adhere to organizational policies
Ensuring internal customer satisfaction by maintaining constant communication on open service items
Managing IT hardware and software builds, Server maintenance, and inventory
Proactively managing and resolve inquiries and requests within the support queue to ensure issues are resolved comprehensively and meet and exceed ticket SLA levels
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Server+) are a plus.
You have experience with:
Windows and Apple workstation administration (Domains, DNS, DHCP, NFS, Permissions, Shared Folders, network connectivity, permissions)
Network security (Logs collection and analysis, traffic monitoring, Anti-Virus and group policy management)
Troubleshooting server-side software and services
Email service administration (GSuite or Office 365)
Authentication Providers (Okta, Google, etc)
Hands-on experience on Windows platforms (Win10/M 365/Outlook/AzureAD/InTune), Remote management tools (UEMs), Microsoft Intune / Auto-pilot
Microsoft Applications, Intune, MDM, Google suite
Proficiency with MS Windows domain environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, license management, workstation imaging, access controls)
It would be nice if you had experience with:
Container (Docker) technologies
Cloud computing (AWS, GCP)
Linux
Scripting (Bash, Python, Powershell)
