Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide System Administration of Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Citrix XENAPP and VMware ESXi production servers.

  • Provide System Administration of the Army Gold Master laptops hosting TC-AIMS II applications on SQL Server databases, JBOSS Application Server and Apache Web Server in production environments in secure Government enclave instances at DISA DECC, Oklahoma City, OK (primary) and DISA DECC St. Louis (COOP site), and AMIS Regional Access Nodes (RANs).

  • Perform account management, system monitoring, security monitoring, intrusion detection, troubleshooting and management of Microsoft Active Directory sites, site connectors, subnets control, and replication topology throughout the Active Directory Forest

  • Perform the management of the existing enterprise or new Storage Area Networks (SAN) located in the government data centers.

  • Capable of writing Unix scripts for system administration and applying IAVAs and DISA STIGs.

  • Familiar with Solarwinds (Foglight/Spotlight), HP FT Seat, InstallShield, Reflection For Secure IT Client & Secure IT Server, Windows Server Remote, Tenable Nessus vulnerability scanner, Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory, NGS - Google Earth, and VA Responder PKI Certificate Manager.

  • Experience in using the Remedy system for initiating, updating and closing Tier 4 Remedy trouble tickets.


  • B.S. Information Systems or equivalent with 7+ years' field experience.' field experience.

  • Security+ Certification

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

  • Secret clearance

Required Qualifications: * B.S. or B.A., or an equivalent combination of education and experience; * Extensive experience with TerraDotta software; * Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; * Demonstrated administrative or project management skills; * Highly organized and detail-oriented; * Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks; * Excellent written and verbal skills; * Excellent analytical, and time management skills; and * Substantial professional work experience required. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in international studies, international affairs, education, business, economics, politics, foreign language, or a related field; * Administrative experience in an institute of higher education; * Knowledge of experiential education, field studies, and marketing; * Experience with student advisement; * Knowledge of international study abroad program administration; * Knowledge of different educational systems throughout the world and international experience; * Cross-cultural skills and an ability to work with people of different cultures; and * Experience supervising staff.
