Maintain infrastructure stability and integrity of IT infrastructure systems, and data. Perform administration activities for Office 365, Email, Active Directory and Group Policy. Manage Office 365 security, and coordinate with department leadership to plan, design, and schedule the release of all software updates, hardware, and operating system updates. Develop and enhance processes and technical documentation, create\improve back-up procedures, test plans, and reports. Prioritize and respond to service requests as well as provide escalation support, and mentorship to helpdesk staff.
Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

4 year degree, or 5 - 7 years' experience.
May be required to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
Travel may be required at times.
