Job Description:

As a Systems/Network Administrator, you will oversee infrastructure, while building and maintaining systems. divvyDOSE is looking for a full time Systems/Network Administrator to join their fast paced and growing team. The Systems/Network Administrator, at the direction of the CTO, analyzes, recommends, implements, and supports the technological systems of the company and provides systems help desk and end user support. Systems include, but are not limited to, the networks and platforms supporting accounting, records, practice-specific software and databases, telephone systems, remote access options, and all related equipment.

This person will be a key contributor to both the stability and expansion of our operational infrastructure. Above all we're looking for bright, motivated, passionate people who want to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

Typical Day:

  • Planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software.
  • Managing accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
  • Implementing security procedures and tools.
  • Resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
  • Ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Maintaining systems configuration and automation systems to increase workflow and productivity
  • Managing the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements.
  • Maintaining our email system ( GSuite)
  • Triage Issues/Tier II Tech Support


  • Bachelors in CS or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years experience with Windows Server, Active Directory Management, Windows Workstation
  • Knowledge, understanding and troubleshooting ability for TCP/IP networking
  • Bright, motivated, passionate employees who want to work with the same and are open minded about applying the best tool for the job and solving real problems for real users

Bonus but not Required:

  • Experience with JavaScript/Python/Powershell/Bash
  • Experience managing G Suite
  • Experience with macOS, UNIX and or Linux
  • Experience with Cisco Networking Equipment
  • Experience with in a HIPAA bound organization

We are looking for a Service Sales Administrator who would be responsible for coordination and administration of Service Sales initiatives to help maximize the effectiveness of the salespeople. Your success of these initiatives is critical to achieve organizational effectiveness and budget/results as planned for America's Service business growth targets. You would be instrumental in the administration and management of our initiatives and to provide the appropriate data to other individuals in the organization to manage the business. Essential Functions: * Maintain and update the Territory Assignment Process (TAP) master listing. You will act as the main liaison between India Shared Services Center (ISC) and frontline to troubleshoot and resolve process issues. Additionally, you will generate weekly reports to support the TAP process and data population, as well as communicate with District Sales Managers for TAP in US and Canada. * Act as Americas Key User and liaison with global for ongoing development and support. You will assist frontlines with creation of users for our tool, KONE Care Online (KCOL.) Being a key user comes with troubleshooting and resolving issues, while communicating with global support and frontline. * Creation of Individual Sales Plans and data management. Additionally, create and update dashboards for salespeople in Sales Cockpit and update budget spreadsheets. You will have active involvement in development of new quota management tool, as well as be involved with the implementation and ongoing data management in Sales (SFDC). * Generate, analyze and distribute various reports accordingly. * Process mass mailings for various frontline functions, as well as generate data lists from SAP and act as a liaison with frontline and printing company, while overseeing process and tracking success rates. * Create Asset Management Plans for national accounts with input from salespeople. * Provide assistance and guidance to Director of Service Business Development, Service Sales Development Manager, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, frontline management and salespeople as needed. * Manually create urgent requests and create monthly dashboard usage report for communication with Americas Leadership Team, as well as assist with training of Service Sales and Sales Management. Experience: * 2+ years' relevant work experience. Education: * Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior: * Team player, works well with people. * Positive attitude, willingness to initiate, lead and accept change. * Good communicator. * Ability to create and generate reports, as well as analyze the subject data to identify trends. * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. * Ability to coordinate programs and follow up to ensure completion of tasks. * Detail oriented for development and testing of tools and programs. * Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially proficient in Excel and Word. * Knowledge of SFDC, SAP, Report Generator, KONE Care Online and Spider Strategies.
