System Administrator

One of our clients in the financial services industry is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This is an ONSITE position based in Suffolk County, NY.

Base salary target is in the $125-$150K range bonus. You'll be working in small, hands on team responsible for maintaining the firm's IT infrastructure and providing high level support to desktop teams as needed. What you'll do:

Configure, install, maintain, and provide support for: Microsoft AD (GPO, DNS, Sites/Services, DHCP) Server hardware configurations (Cisco C-Series) Hyper-V and SCVMM Patch management Exchange 2019 VMWare ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN configurations Microsoft SQL Email Security Appliances (Cisco) What you'll need: 7 years of System Administration experience in a Microsoft environment Experience with Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recover processes (ideally with CommVault) Experience proactively assessing security updates and policies Ability to work ONSITE in a team oriented, fast paced environment
