As a Systems Administrator, you will:
Plan and schedule installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software
Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment
Implement security procedures and tools
Resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems
Maintain systems configuration
Manage installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of specialized experience as a systems administrator
Experience interacting with customers over telephone, in-person, or electronically to determine appropriate actions to restore normal desktop operations
Experience logging corrective actions and/or escalating more complex problems
Undergraduate degree in relevant field of study or 2 years directly related work experience is desired
