We have an immediate (hybrid) System Administrator position available in Albuquerque, NM. If you join our team in this role, you will perform primary systems administration and support for systems and equipment in a Windows Active Directory environment.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Associates degree in Computer Science or related field; OR ‐ Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) IT Infrastructure certification; OR ‐ 2 years of experience in Computer, Windows Active Directory, network, and IT hardware support.Clearance:

- Ability to perform primary systems administration and support for systems and equipment in a Windows Active Directory environment, to include steady-state file print servers, domain controllers, applications servers, media storage systems, access control, hardware installations, wiring/cabling support, equipment rack re-locations, power source support, backup media rotations, installations/upgrades, OS configurations, problem resolution, system administration, data backup/recovery.
- Expertise and technical proficiencies in providing steady-state support for deployed desktop and laptop images using enterprise-wide deployment techniques.
- Ability to execute routine updates to deployed systems.
- Experience in monitoring OS and security patching.
- Support routine software patch updates via a Desktop/Server enterprise management system such as BigFix and Microsoft SCCM.
- Ability to leverage Printer and Multifunction printer enterprise management tools.
- Proficient background in administration, monitoring and steady-state maintenance support is required.
- Understanding of enterprise-level server and desktop systems and latest Microsoft Server technologies to include supporting deployed hardware and software.
- Ability to support steady-state enterprise-wide upgrades and changes to associated systems.
- Ability to monitor systems to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide standards.
- Knowledge and experience in supporting steady-state systems Backup, Restore and Recovery procedures.
