As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for taking calls from our customers to assist them in managing their technical incidents and service requests. In addition to the typical system administration duties you will be expected to develop the skills required to troubleshoot incidents and providing root cause analysis. You will also collaborate with other internal teams, providing information regarding server health, product issues and fixes, recommendations and system performance.

Communicate with our customers and provide meaningful interactions that deliver an excellent customer experience
Work on customer incidents and service requests using a global ticketing system
Develop skills to enable you to perform server-based administration in a large multi-domain environment
Demonstrate an appetite for personal development to perform, succeed and grow
Work with our 3rd party vendors
Document and share knowledge with others to build a stronger team
Assist in managing our usage policies and work with customers and internal teams to find a resolution to their issues
Exercise judgment using procedures and practices to determine the appropriate course of action.
