Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.

Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 5 years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

Job Purpose:
Support production and preproduction systems and development team needs.


  • BS degree in Computer Science or BS with strong CS background (Technical Certifications and experience will be considered).

Required knowledge:

Typically requires a minimum of 7-12 years hands on experience with a variety of technologies such as Database, Middle Tier, Networking, Firewalls and Unix Administration. This will include installation, debugging, trouble shooting, and performance tuning, as well as patching, upgrading and on-going support for all areas.

Programming / Scripting:

  • Required: Bash scripting, pl/sql, sql.

  • Desirable: Java, php, JavaScript, Perl.

DBA Qualifications:


  • 5 years Database Administration application / installation / troubleshooting / networking / support (Oracle 11g / 12c required 18c desirable).

  • Ability to troubleshoot Oracle database performance issues (Analytical thinking).

  • Understanding of database structure, components and terminology. Experience setting up and maintaining Dataguard and RMAN.

  • Experience settling and managing Apex backend. Oracle installation, patch and upgrade within production environments.

  • Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery artifacts using Oracle Database Technologies.


  • Experience managing enterprise environments using OEM.

  • Experience RAC, ASM

SA Qualifications:

  • 3 Years: Linux Administration application / installation / troubleshooting / performance / support (Oracle stack on OEL Linux, CentOS or Redhat 6/7)

  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and security ssl.

  • Strong hardware software Technical background with an ability to troubleshoot issues accross large scale service architectures and application stacks.

Weblogic middleware:

  • 3 Years: Experience with deploying web applications to a Linux environment; experience with Java web application preferred.

  • Support development team on technical solutions for custom applications, extensions and integrations.

  • Installation, Administration and Maintenance of Oracle Fusion Middleware / WebLogic servers, OHS/Apache servers.

o Configure and maintain Oracle Webgate for Oracle Access Manager (OAM).

o Performance test planning & execution and tuning of Fusion Middleware products, including WebLogic, OHS.

o Provide solutions/suggestions to use CI/CD software tools such as (GIT, Jenkins).

  • Experience with Apex.

  • Experience with ords.

  • Experience installing Deploying apps on Weblogic 11 12.

  • Experience with SSL and Single Sign and Webgate and httpd.conf configuration.

Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customer's first line of contact for a variety of issues. Essential Functions Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering telephone •Reviews, researches and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area •Compiles data and provides various regular and adhoc reports to management for review and determination •Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues •Assists management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review •In addition to the above essential functions, the following functional area assignments have additional essential functions as noted below: •Additional Quality Assurance/Loss Prevention essential functions: •Supports ability for timely delivery and mitigates loss and damage by performing address searches/corrections through various sources and ensuring packages are in good condition for the customer •Prioritizes workflow to maximize the number of packages that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day •Ensures all packages receive appropriate scan statuses. Inspects and handles hazardous material damages as per policy. Ensures all loose product is accounted for as per company policy •Researches missing packages to understand the root cause of scanning failures and compiles information on disputed deliveries for management review •Reviews and trends loss and damaged claims filed to identify improperly charged claims and brings to the attention of management •Additional Linehaul essential functions: •Reviews and enters all Independent Contractor (IC) settlement information into appropriate system to ensure proper payments. Enters settlement adjustments as directed by manager •Compiles required documentation to establish and maintain Department of Transportation (DOT)-required files.
