looking for a Symantec DLP engineer with knowledge of Data Protection

The missions of the Security Support Engineer are:

Experience with Symantec Vontu with comprehensive experience around Network, Email and Endpoint components.
Prior experience in large scale deployment and major upgrades of DLP endpoint agents using SCCM.
Experience in maintenance activities of Oracle Database for Symantec DLP
Ability to create Policies for email, network and endpoint detections
Create documentation and playbooks
Lead the deployment, testing and transition of security solution(s)
Support and maintain the security solution(s) on a daily basis
Implement product upgrades and service improvements, including technical and operational documentation
Work closely with other IT teams on integrating security capabilities in the IT solutions (tools, processes and services)
Create, maintain and ensure adherence with security procedures, technical baselines, guidelines and controls
Leverage multiple security focus areas to ensure that protective measures are appropriate, effective in combination, and interact properly with other system capabilities
Participate in internal audits He/she also contributes to
Identify and assess vulnerabilities in his/her area of responsibility, assist in or facilitates the implementation of protective and mitigating controls
Analyze security alerts or investigate security incidents Professional Knowledge
Requires a minimum of 7+ years' professional experience in the information technology field, including a minimum of 3+ years' of DLP experience
Exhaustive technical knowledge and hands on experience in the security solution(s) in his/her scope of responsibility (same product is a plus)
Thorough understanding of technologies and security concepts
Detailed knowledge of network, operating system and database security
Experience in maintenance of tools and procedure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * This position reports to the Electrical Controls Supervisor. The primary focus of this position is to engineer and implement electrical control systems for automated manufacturing equipment for use in all Modine plants and joint ventures located throughout the world. Incumbent must have an understanding of the various manufacturing processes and their sequence. Additional responsibilities include field troubleshooting and modification of existing machinery. * The incumbent participates in design meetings and communicates with the supervisor, project coordinator, machine designers, and plant personnel to understand the requirements of the machine. The incumbent is expected to present controls concepts that will enhance equipment efficiency and reliability through appropriate use of innovative, leading edge technology. * The engineering of the control system is the most significant part of the job in terms of technical skills and time involved. The incumbent is expected to consider all aspects of machine operation in the design of the control system, including electrical enhancements and safety-related issues. The incumbent will be exposed, but not limited to, the following areas: motion controls (single and multiple axis), PLC's, programmable operator interfaces, AC/DC drive applications, sensors, hydraulic press control, and CAD schematic development. These areas include both hardware and software design. * The design phase is followed by the assembly and testing phase for which the incumbent provides the schematics and electrical panel layout drawings. He/she coordinates the panel-build with internal or external electricians. The incumbent is expected to maintain accurate, updated revisions of schematics and machine software programs during the testing phase and afterwards for archiving purposes. The incumbent works with the equipment designers, project coordinator, and any plant personnel to verify the sequence of operation in order to effectively debug the machine before shipment. Once operational, the equipment is installed in a production facility. The incumbent assists in the preparation of the machine for shipment, installation and start-up, and final troubleshooting of the equipment at the production facility. * The incumbent may provide support to all Modine facilities and joint ventures located throughout the world. Travel to any Modine facility or joint venture location may be required by the incumbent, as deemed necessary by Modine management. Possession of a United States passport will be required. * Incumbent has contact with project engineers, machine designers, project coordinators, plant engineers, operations personnel, plant maintenance personnel, component/equipment suppliers, fellow control engineers, etc. Incumbent instructs, explains, leads and/or trains plant engineers and maintenance personnel during and after the installation of the equipment. On a daily-basis, this position also interfaces with the Mechanical Design Engineering Group, Tooling Engineering, Tube Mill Manufacturing, and Machine Fabrication groups within Manufacturing Engineering Services. * Incumbent coordinates aspects of a given project which include project scheduling to meet ship dates, purchasing components, evaluating new products, preparing manuals, and maintaining a project design file for permanent records. Specific Accountabilities * Design and engineer electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation in a production environment. Involves both hardware and software design. * Develop and Protect intellectual property contained within programs, prints, and designs. * Participate in projects for exposure and practical application of theory to real-world manufacturing situations. Participates in all phases of the project, from concept to start-up in plant. * Continually enhance skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and external seminars. Incumbent is expected to stay abreast of new developments in the field of industrial controls & PC's and apply that knowledge towards the technical enhancement of Modine machinery and processes. * Knowledge and application of applicable electrical codes, such as NEC, UL, IEC and CE. * Continually stay abreast of new components & technologies and implement these in a way that is justified. * Support and/or modify existing equipment at all facilities. * Projects completed within allocated budget. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 5-10 yrs experience in design of industrial controls systems.
