Supervisor: Francis Ruiz

LOCATION:

Remote and/or in-person at various locations throughout the NYC 5 boroughs

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

NYCDOE Licensed and Appointed School Secretary

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Experience with per session pedagogic payroll procedures and systems including EIS.

Excellent record keeping and timeliness skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both orally and in writing.

Demonstrated ability to provide instructional assistance to per session participants.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support to the College and Career Planning, Computer Science Education, and Career Connected Learning teams within the Office of Student Pathways.

Disseminate and reinforce operational protocols for per session payroll.

Serve as an internal resource for per session related questions to the Office of Student Pathways staff.

WORK SCHEDULE:

July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. Sessions will vary according to assignment and funding availability. Hours up to but not limited to 5 hours per week.

Hours up to, but not limited to the approximate number of hours listed. Additional hours may be granted upon the approval of the hiring manager.

SALARY:

Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (Collective Bargaining Agreement). Contingent upon funding availability and programmatic approval.
