Greet and assist all callers. Follow protocol for transferring and tasking phone calls. When scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments verify and update demographic information.

Reschedule patients when providers are going to be out. Interacts with others in a positive, respectful and considerate manner. Work in multiple computer systems.

Maintain the appearance of the Switchboard. Prepare patient packets, work collection reports and help clean breakroom. Duties may be added or subtracted as any time due to the needs of the organization.

Regulatory Requirements: High school education or equivalent required. 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience, medical terminology and computer experience preferred. Organize/prioritize work. Work in an environment with patient populations of acute, chronic, and complex disease processes and follow written and oral instructions,#
