JOB REQUIREMENTS: Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or if machines malfunction.

Calculate machine speed and feed ratios and the size and position of cuts. Enter commands or load control media, such as tapes, cards, or disks, into machine controllers to retrieve programmed instructions. Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures. Maintain machines and remove and replace broken or worn machine tools, using hand tools. Implement changes to machine programs and enter new specifications, using computers.

Set up and operate computer-controlled machines or robots to perform one or more machine functions on metal or plastic workpieces.OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Direct experience programming on Swiss CNC multi spindle screw machines. Experienced in Fanuc Controls.

Excellent working knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T a must. Ability to perform and understand maintenance schedules on all machines. Ability to coordinate with required vendors to ensure proper supplies and tools are in stock and ready for upcoming jobs.

They should be able to work from written or verbal instructions, detailed engineering drawings and 3D models. Knowledge of setting collets, guide bushings, tool holders and cutting tools is needed. Knowledge of setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes such as Tsugami Star, Citizen Swiss screw machines.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 Position Summary Benefits Supplemental Questions This position is responsible for performing professional nursing activities in the care of residents as well as delegating aspects of care delivery to nursing assistants as appropriate and assisting in the completing of performance evaluations for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Assistants (CMA). SUPERVISION Directly supervises CNAs, CMAs and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) while carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. SCHEDULE Unit: Medical Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Week 1) Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Week 2) Work Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm Hours Per Shift: 8 Shifts Per Pay Period: 10 Position FTE: 1.0 FTE (Full-Time) Applications are being accepted from Walworth County employees as well as members of the public. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Utilize the nursing process: collect and record data, participate in developing, implementing and evaluating the residents plan of care and update CNA care cards and flow sheets. Monitor the direct care staff to ensure that resident's rights are maintained. Assure the continuity of care through shift-to-shift report for the entire direct care team in the assigned neighborhood. Interact directly with residents, their significant others and the representatives of other agencies on an ongoing basis. Provide resident education as appropriate. Assume responsibility for the whereabouts of all residents in the assigned area. Direct the staff's response during fire drills or other emergency situations. Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff in assigned area. Consult with other members of the interdisciplinary team, collaborate in the development of interdisciplinary goals for residents, assure agreed upon actions are carried out and attend multi-disciplinary staff meetings. Assign duties and resident assignments to the CNAs and CMAs each day as well as follow up to ensure the work has been completed and review CNA documentation for accuracy on a daily basis. Complete and submit the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Participate in counseling and formal job evaluations of CNAs & CMAs when necessary and consult with the appropriate Nurse Manager for assistance with this process. Participate in the orientation of licensed staff, CNAs and CMAs. Act as preceptors for new staff. Participate in the evaluation of supplies and monitor staff for cost effective supply utilization. Request that all equipment receives maintenance as required. Communicate problems/concerns to appropriate Lakeland Health Care Center (LHCC) employees to ensure that issues which may affect care delivery or general operation of the facility are dealt with in an effective manner. Coordinate the implementation of physician orders, call and accept verbal or telephone orders from physicians and transcribe according to LHCC policies and procedures. Administer medications, assess resident response to medications, drug interactions, the need to withhold medication and the need for "as needed" medications. Assume the responsibility for bringing to the attention of the physician any behavioral or physical changes in the resident and response to treatment. Review physician orders and monthly medication and treatment records every thirty days. Assume charge nurse duties, as appropriate. Maintain personal professional competence through participation in nursing and management continuing education opportunities. Attend and participate in all in-service educational opportunities, as appropriate to the job classification. Participate in quality improvement activities. Participate on committees as well as attend and participate in nursing meetings. Be an active member of the Nursing Innovation Council or one of its subcommittees. Charge Nurse Assignment Duties Provide the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator all pertinent information regarding the needs and problems of the residents and employees. Use physical assessments and other nursing skills to recognize and document significant changes in residents' condition while ensuring that family members are informed, Complete daily documentation that addresses who, what, when, where, why and how. Take appropriate follow up action regarding employee, vendor or visitor injuries. Receive resident grievances and initiate the investigation and report to the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator, as appropriate. Maintain administrative notes, as necessary. Assure sufficient staffing for present shift and shift immediately following. Calculate and post daily FTE's per state requirements. Evaluate areas where change is necessary and subsequently plan and implement those changes. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Wisconsin Registered Nurse license through WI Department of Safety and Professional Services. All staff of Lakeland Health Care Center may be called upon to respond to emergency situations assisting residents in their physical positioning.
