Five years proven experience in monitoring and maintaining program planning, development and testing schedules, files and software programs and software licensing management for a DoD Automated Information System AND proven experience in using Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Contractor personnel shall possess or be eligible to obtain IT-III personnel security standard.


Years of Relevant Experience: 7+ Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Add 4 years of experience for Associate Degree; Certifications: No minimum Skills/Experience: Experience providing expertise for system development project activities such as training, logistics, acquisition management, configuration management, data management, program control or manpower planning.

Experience in various technical and functional areas. For example: Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar), Logistics applications, Cloud technologies, Cyber security or similar technologies.

As a Senior Risk Associate in the Centralized Testing and Oversight Group (CTOG) at Capital One, you'll be working with associates and leaders of all levels to help govern Capital One's 2nd line compliance testing programs. This position is a part of CTOG's Plan Management and Reporting Team, which specifically oversees the development and maintenance of Corporate Compliance's testing calendar, provides critical reporting on compliance testing results, and analyzes trends to continuously inform and improve the annual planning process. This position routinely develops materials that are distributed to Capital One executives and its Board of Directors. Specific Responsibilities: * Assist in drafting executive memos to seek approvals of changes to the Calendar. * Track status of delayed tests, escalating as appropriate to ensure adherence to program expectations. * Perform trending and root cause analyses of delayed, cancelled or postponed tests to provide valuable insight to business leaders in planning their Annual Calendars. * Create various reports for executive level officers, including Capital One's Chief Compliance Officer and Capital One's Board of Directors. * Help develop the Annual Calendar for Compliance's 2nd line compliance testing programs * Help identify and measure risk factors that should be taken into account in creating the Annual Calendar. * Maintain and update the Annual Calendar throughout the year by timely and accurately processing change request. Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or military experience * At least 2 years of experience in Risk, or at least 2 years of experience in Audit, or at least 2 years of experience in Compliance * At least 2 years of Financial Industry experience * At least 2 years of prior reporting, or at least 2 years of analytical experience Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years of experience in Risk, Audit or Compliance * At least 5 years of Financial Industry experience * At least 5 years of experience developing materials for an executive level audience * At least 2 years of experience developing materials for an executive level audience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
