Svp, Senior Director Of Commercial Real Estate Services Group

This Senior leadership position will be responsible for active oversight of the Bank's Appraisal, Evaluations, Environmental, Construction Monitoring and regulatory compliance for Commercial Real Estate. This leadership position requires a responsive leader that will develop an efficient support services group with responsibility for workflow, reporting and development along with customer service focus. The scope of this job also includes supporting Business Banking appraisals or evaluations. The position will be responsible for establishing, monitoring and managing both Appraisal and Environmental workflow standards, along with managing service level agreements to all internal and external customer relationships. Sound judgement will be needed to make decisions appropriate for market conditions and the competitive environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or Appraisal preferred

• 7-10 years prior management experience

• Project Management Experience preferred

• MAI Designation preferred

• General Real Estate Appraisal Certification preferred
