The SVP of Post-Acute Sales is responsible for overseeing the management of Post Acute sales and establish sales targets for the designated group based on company strategy and long-term objectives.
The SVP would responsible for planning the strategic direction and initiative of the Post-Acute Sales force. Additionally, you will be directly responsible for the management and development of the Post-Acute VP's and Division Managers. Responsible for growing sales and profit while controlling the expense necessary to effectively run a sales division. The SVP will work closely with the Sales Compensation and Marketing team to devise sales rep, manager and national account compensation plans. Furthermore, there will be collaboration with other sales leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy to drive sales growth throughout multiple sales divisions at Medline.

Relevant Work Experience
Prior Medline Sales Leadership experience preferred
Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and other Office applications
Health Care sales leadership experience
Possesses professional verbal and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving ability
Advanced sales and presentation skills
Strong business acumen
Strong leadership skills
Travel required 25%
SAP experience
Bachelor's degree
Relevant Work Experience
