Job Description
The SVP, Media will serve as the lead on one of our largest media clients. This person is the senior, strategic media resource working with the client to drive their integrated media strategy. This person is responsible for the development and communication (both internally and externally) of the agency's point-of-view in integrated media. They are a recognized thought leader and a conceptual thinker who inspires our clients and the internal team but able to get deep into the details on every aspect of media strategy and delivery. This person supports the people management within their accounts. They support new business opportunities and work with the Client Service, Delivery and Business Development community to develop media solutions (strategy, team, staff, financial model) to win new business, grow existing business and/or support ongoing relationships. This person plays a prominent role in the relationships with key senior client stakeholders and can be seen as the Client Lead in certain relationships. This individual also connects other Razorfish disciplines and Groupe leads, exchanging ideas and honing a collaborative approach to problem solving.
Specifically, this role will:
Serve as the digital and traditional media lead for a large, complex account.
Drive the vision, strategy, and direction of our key client's media strategy.
Assist in formulating the vision, strategy, and direction for our overall media practice at Razorfish.
Drive overarching strategy development for new business, assign key media roles, assist with staffing team, and serve as an integral part of senior pitch teams.
Responsible for cross selling and upselling services.
Assist in resourcing and troubleshooting.
Maintain executive publisher and vendor relationships.
Develop Razorfish processes and ensures teams are compliant.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in media strategy and planning, primarily in digital roles.
Experience in the Insurance, Banking, Finance, or similar vertical.
Demonstrated ability to lead, provide strategy/vision and implement/execute with experience running integrated media relationships.
Has led major client businesses and/or client strategy which resulted in client growth and satisfaction.
Has collaborated/worked across functions/organizations.
Has led across offices, regions or disciplines.
Has developed thought capital and industry insights and can represent Razorfish POV and strategy to Publicis Media and Publicis as well as to the industry and clients, both current and prospective.
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $202,500 - $273,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
