SVP, Global Client Partner

The Global Client Partner is responsible for regularly identifying unmet global client needs and challenges, for bringing forth solutions to meet those needs, and for growing Cadreons client relationships in both revenue and profitability.
This role is less hands-on from a day to day basis, and more about guiding, coaching and empowering the Regional Cadreon Leaders (US and International) as they seek to drive profitable, sustainable growth in their respective Regions; the Client Partner should be focused on ensuring that local activities are aligned to the over-arching global strategic plan, and that the needs of Cadreon are balanced and supported alongside those of local markets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Client:
  • Lead clients business growth by identifying new opportunities and encouraging Cadreon client teams to implement creative solutions
  • Partner with critical clients, ensuring high levels of understanding and satisfaction, with resulting appropriate levels of media investment in programmatic.
  • Partner with agency global teams to deliver brilliant work and flawless execution, ensuring positive client satisfaction scores across all markets
  • Leadership and authoring of all client proposals, recommendations and points of view
  • Ensure all client reporting, budget management, authorization and billing needs are met in a timely an accurate fashion
  • Responsible for ensuring a positive relationship between clients, Cadreon and Agency (UM or Initiative)
  • Agitator / driver to push clients to innovate rather than stagnate
  • Deepen relationships and craft collaborative partnership with clients partners agencies
Internal
  • Lead the definition of, assessment and training against clear global standards of performance, with respect to the sales and delivery of programmatic solutions
  • Participate in all global client briefings, clearly articulate client needs and objectives
  • Apply a client lens to all areas of Cadreon product, ensuring solutions developed are business-appropriate and meet agreed-upon KPIs
  • Regularly educate teams on our clients business, culture and industry
  • Partner with leaders to stay informed and aware of new developments internally and externally
Commercial
  • Ensure over delivery of all agreed-upon performance KPIs
  • Seek out opportunities to grow existing business and drive organic growth across group of accounts
  • Ensure all annual financial goals / targets are met across all of our global clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience (marketing, advertising, media, communications)
  • 12-15 years experience in digital media disciples, performance marketing or database marketing with an ad agency
  • Deep understanding of online ad serving, creative capabilities, behavioral targeting and data strategies
  • Experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style
  • Experience with multiple client and business categories
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Ability to interpret analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
  • High level of comfort presenting to clients and internal team members
  • Proven track record with client relations and growing existing business
  • Proven ability to lead cross-team projects, communication & processes
  • Solid understanding of marketing/communications process

The Sales Enablement Business partner, reporting to the Global Sales Enablement Leader, is part of the Field Sales Enablement team and is responsible for Relationship Management and Sales Strategy Consulting with assigned sales leaders and cross functional business partners. Location: East Coast Responsibilities: * Understand the cybersecurity market and relevant business drivers * Experience with complex enterprise selling process, methodology, and enablement * Content Training Development and Delivery * Intra-team Collaboration and Resourcing * Relationship Management Consulting * Ensure alignment of resource allocation with key sales and revenue initiatives * Leverage data and metrics to corollate program participation to performance outcomes, making course corrections as needed to ensure desired results are achieved * Drive application of sales knowledge, skills, and best practices to increase sales productivity * Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of sales force * Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to contribute to the design and maintenance of ongoing programs and training * Work with sales management to identify sales professionals struggling or at-risk with meeting their goals based on performance data, skill set and/or competency and ensure manager has appropriate development plans and resources in place * Develop and maintain productivity assessments and reporting for sales management Qualifications: * Recent, relevant field sales experience * Understand the cybersecurity market and relevant business drivers * Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles: portfolio or platform offering * Skilled in enabling sales teams to sell broadly into accounts, access and aggregate disparate budget avenues, gain consensus with diverse stakeholders, etc. * Professional sales training and enablement experience in a technology sales environment utilizing Insight/Challenger sales approach * Success with facilitating and delivering sales strategy sessions, account planning and training * Ability to apply financial principles and insight to support teams in building economic models for purchase with customers * Highly motivated, energetic, collaborative, self-starter who demonstrates leadership, adaptability, flexibility and integrity * Executive presence and consultative approach * Fed and/or SLED experience * Mentoring/Coaching and Leadership Development Experience * Ability to travel up to 60% We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a team culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
