The SVP, Advisory Services leads the Advisory Services organization and is accountable for the strategy, operational execution, client impact and financial success of Advisory Solutions, with full P&L responsibility. This role has oversight of all colleagues across the portfolio of Advisory Solutions, enabling nThrive to be the employer and vendor of choice in healthcare provider advisory solutions.
The SVP, Advisory Services translates and innovates business needs into consulting offerings that maximize revenue cycle functions for our clients, including assessment capabilities and optimization services. The role requires continuous cross functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to drive new business development opportunities, innovative marketing materials, and the identification of opportunities for enhanced brand recognition through case studies and other publications. The SVP, Advisory Services also provides guidance to Sales and Advisory leaders to identify, develop, scope, price and secure new business while implementing new offerings and training cross-functional teams.
Executive leadership and management of the Advisory Solutions.
Oversight and working knowledge of the various Advisory solutions.
Oversight over Sales efforts Sales support, scoping/pricing of engagements during the sales cycle and expansion of client base.
Helps develop marketing collateral that can raise awareness and generate interest in our Advisory Services offering.
Promotes nThrive as a thought leader in Advisory Solutions utilizing approaches such as white papers, speaking engagements, and trade publication interviews.
Business Development and identification of strategic partnerships.
Client Management during engagements/Issue resolution regarding services/solutions.
Financial Management, including budgets, forecasts and financial viability maintenance
KPIs, including but not limited to utilization and project profitability.
Recruits and develops the future Advisory Solutions leaders.
Management of staff (day-to-day management, professional development, performance review, recruitment, retention, colleague engagement scores, or other staff management responsibilities).
Development and enforcement of business unit policies and procedures.

This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive's Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive's Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.
7+ years of healthcare experience in acute care hospital or healthcare consulting environment.
7+ years of consulting leadership experience with proven results managing and rapidly growing a consulting business.
3+ years of experience successfully developing budgets, forecasting revenue and developing early warning signs and adapting the organization to achieve financial targets.
Proven knowledge and experience in understanding healthcare industry revenue cycle technology, and reimbursement methodology.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents.
Demonstrated ability to inspire ambitious colleagues with his/her vision.
Ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a complex environment
Ability to organize and manage resources and establish priorities in a consulting environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Superior analytic and problem solving skills with an understanding of various clinical and financial operational processes within the healthcare industry.
Keeps informed of latest healthcare and revenue cycle trends, developments, and leading practices in particular operational field.
Ability to obtain national exposure for Advisory Solutions whenever possible by arranging speaking engagements, publishing, and otherwise developing relationships with health care industry entities that increase the company's national profile and provide beneficial business relationships.
High level of travel required.
Healthcare industry experience in a provider environment.
