Responsibilities Join the Relationship Management Technology Banking team in a cross-functional role that involves supporting key initiatives, new client onboarding, sales preparation and CRM management. Report directly to an in-market Managing Director or Director with responsibilities that include assisting through the client onboarding process, tracking client product and use trends, assisting sales team in preparing for client/prospect meetings, report preparation, inputting data into CRM or other bank systems and track venture funding activity and trends as well as referral activity. Work with sales teams in assisting of onboarding of new clients including gathering required data and documents from clients.

Will act as a liaison with the compliance, Relationship Advisory and Client Care organizations. This person will also interact with other credit and advisory teams as needed. Create reporting around product campaign results, credit card spend trends, referral activity, client acquisition trends, venture capital market trends to name a few.

Assist in identifying opportunities for sales teams to pursue. Draft sales presentation materials and related preparation for key client and prospect meetings.

Take notes and track follow-ups for ad hoc & recurring meetings/committees/working groups, including helping to track follow up from pipeline and client meetings.

This role is a support function and a successful candidate will have some autonomy in how they structure their time and methodology they choose to follow to complete the essential functions. There will be a high-degree of collaboration and feedback provided to help ensure there is alignment and a clear understanding of priorities, timelines, and other related dependencies and needs across the teams they support. After appropriate training, primary point of contact for assigned early-stage clients.

Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5-6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong ability to manage multiple projects, reporting and various needs from teams they support High aptitude with MS PowerPoint and Excel Ideally experience working with a CRM, although this can be learned on the job High Tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities Strong time management skills and consistency in follow through. Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Robust analytical skill-set and intellectually curious mindset Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Team player and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and be challenged Bachelor's degree (or higher) with demonstrated strong academic aptitude Prior experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment a plus but not required This role will support the described functions in the Southeast and Southwest market but based in our Atlanta office.
