Sustainment Product Support Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for program-level sustainment activities, organizations, and tasks and serve as deputy to the program manager. Manage Tiers I-III, meeting established ITSM SLA's, including incident and problem management and configuration management, such as data management and support of Engineering Review Boards and Configuration Control Boards. Maintain responsibility for executing patch and enhancement release management, sustaining systems engineering, including engineering support for development activities, equipment installation, support logistics, and technical support, such as supervising technicians to perform preventive maintenance, problem resolution, and root cause analysis and configuring weapon systems to satisfy specific mission parameters.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with sustainment product management

  • Experience with complex system project management

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • MS degree in Engineering, Science, or Business

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with facilitating meetings and capturing functional and technical requirements

  • Experience with producing and tracking a master schedule using Microsoft Project

  • Knowledge of USAF Cyber weapons systems

  • Ability to coordinate and assist with preparing for change request presentations

  • Ability to maintain configuration management tasks and deliverables

  • PMP or ITSM or ITIL Foundation v3/4 Certification

As a Business Systems Support Analyst you will provide support for Valero's core business – Refinery Operations and Maintenance. You will support and maintain our refining, ethanol, and green diesel operations' computer-based enterprise business solutions. The most competitive candidates will have: * Refinery industry or related business/IT knowledge. * Experience with SAP, Oracle and/or MS SQL Server. * Experience with SQL reporting preferred. * Experience with scripting languages preferred. * Experience working with Microsoft Products, Relational Databases, and Windows O/S preferred.
