Troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve product issues Conduct research and design tests to qualify new materials, parts and/or processes Read and understand engineering drawings with expertise in the area of basic engineering drafting ASME Standards Perform tolerance analysis Processes pilot fit facility (PFF) scan data for the milling of custom helmet liners Create Engineering test plans and reports for product verification and validation Fabricate, evaluate, and test prototype designs
