The Sustainability and Social Responsibility Analyst is a versatile and dynamic role that supports all three pillars of our Sustainability and Social Responsibility team's work. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact through various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Administering the Capital Cares program, which focuses on community engagement, associate volunteerism and philanthropy.

• Conducting Social Impact research to inform and manage programs that drive positive change and supporting management of nonprofit partnerships

• Supporting Environmental Stewardship initiatives including greenhouse gas emissions reporting, when needed, to promote sustainability within Capital Group's operations.

• Educating fellow associates about Capital Group's SSR programs and initiatives, fostering a culture of social responsibility across the organization.

• You have a bachelor's degree or work experience related to sustainability, nonprofits, corporate citizenship, philanthropic giving, or related fields.

• You have a passion for community engagement through demonstrated involvement with charitable giving, economic inclusion and/or environmental sustainability.

• You can operate with discretion particularly related to management of sensitive data.

• You have a conscious process that you rely upon to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.

• You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You're a generous collaborator and strong project manager.

• You work independently in support of a larger team project, and also collaboratively with team members to align to the wider strategy.

• You exercise good judgment and have a process for managing competing priorities. You are comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with steadfast composure.

San Francisco Base Salary Range: $102,980-$164,768

New York Base Salary Range: $99,013-$158,421

Orange County Base Salary Range: $86,424-$138,278

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $93,384-$149,414

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $75,646-$121,034

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
