As a Suspended Billing Manager, you will support the Enteral Nutrition department by leading and developing a large team to ensure patient records and files are up-to-date, accurate and ready for processing. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.
Use your acquired healthcare training or current leadership skills to make a difference in a patient's life by ensuring the claims submission process to commercial and government payors are not delayed. You will gain exposure in a multitude of aspects of the healthcare field, such as nursing, pharmacy, warehouse, clinical support, and sales.
Responsible for ensuring suspended billing procedures facilitate seamless operation between departments and branches.
Make sure work assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely ensuring individual and team benchmarks are achieved.
Responsible for hiring, coaching, conducting performance appraisals and disciplining subordinate staff.
Resolve patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
Ensures ongoing communication with branch and billing center management, other branch departments, and/or other branch offices.
Evaluate and analyze reports to identify problems and trends
This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday Friday, between 7:00AM 7:00PM.

Minimum eight years of related experience with at least two years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent detail orientation and time management skills.
Proficient to advanced PC skills including MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Must be able to travel up to 20%.
Experience in customer service management.
Experience in healthcare, working with health insurance or medical billing.
Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree.
