  • Securitas provides guarding services to project a security presence, which may include operating a vehicle to perform patrol, inspection, and/or incident response services.

  • Checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons; inspects buildings, grounds and security devices; monitors and sets security devices.

  • Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others.

  • Prepares logs or reports as required for patrol route; writes and/or types reports.

  • Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives or company management.

  • Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.


  • With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.

  • May be required to have a valid driver's license for state of operation and any required endorsements for class of vehicle operated.

  • Driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards.

Responsibilities Lilly is now evolving beyond being a manufacturer of just medicines to begin development of a connected care model that combines medicines with devices and software to improve patient care outcomes. Medicines Development IT serves as a strategic function in the design and delivery of the cloud-based software solutions to enable use of the connected solution and integration into the broader healthcare and clinical trial delivery models while meeting the highest standards of patient safety, ethical practice and data quality. This role will be responsible for leading a project team focused on the design, development, verification and validation of HCP-facing web applications supporting connected devices. This begins with technical customer engagement for digital devices defining requirements and facilitating scope, includes leading the development of the solution under medical device regulatory expectations and extends through deployment. This position combines the following roles from the IT Career Framework: Business Consultant and Program/Project Manager Key Objectives/Deliverables: * Lead Lilly and non-Lilly technical delivery teams in the Agile delivery of medical device-grade, web applications that are components to Lilly's connected care platform * Manage overall project delivery of a Connected Care software component including understanding and addressing risk, privacy, cybersecurity and legal constraints on project delivery * Support the evaluation of proposed project ideas, software changes and future product releases through impact analysis including requirements management, technical analysis, resource needs and development timelines * Collaborate with system owners, product owners and component execution leads to ensure component alignment with the system * Build effective relationships with stakeholders to determine key business needs and influence technology solutions specifically related to connected care systems. * Support the business strategy and roadmap for the connected care platform * Obtain and leverage knowledge of medical device delivery models and quality system to ensure solutions comply with regulatory expectations and meet regulatory timelines * Obtain and leverage knowledge of connected care systems business processes and technology to ensure solution deliveries are consistent with the strategy and roadmap * Collaborate with design and human factors leads to support UI design and human factors testing activities 46571BR Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or information technology program. * 5+ years of experience with rigorous software development life cycle spanning the entire lifecycle from project initiation to deployment and support * Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
