Surveyor - Commercial Roofing

JRC, Incorporated, a nationwide commercial roofing company located in Greenbrier, TN., is currently seeking a

Commercial Roof Surveyor/Inspector to survey potential roofing projects throughout the U.S. MUST LIVE IN THE NASHVILLE, TN AREA.

Extensive travel throughout U.S. required.

Responsibilities

• Survey commercial properties (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs) throughout the U.S.

• Communicate with property managers on site

• Promptly and accurately complete and upload detailed reports

• Assess need of repair or replacement of each roof surveyed

• Work closely with estimating and production departments

• Dependable and self-motivated

• Extensive travel throughout the U.S.

• The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time

• Ability to climb ladders frequently

• Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands

• Clean driving record a must

• Hands on construction experience, preferably in roofing industry
