WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Once selected to join our team, you will: Assist the Survey Discipline Lead with land surveying duties and draft detailed drawings for various projects.

Process field data, perform calculations, and manage documentation for different types of surveys. Determine methods for establishing or reestablishing survey control and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with Project Surveyors and Managers to ensure the delivery of complete, timely, and precise products.

Perform field survey work and any other duties as necessary to support the team's objectives. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE: Solid understanding of surveying principles and methods.

Knowledge of proper retracement of land boundaries. Familiarity with field survey equipment and state plane coordinates systems SKILLS: Proficiency with documentation related to boundary analysis and decisions.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center software, and MS Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency with mid-level math. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years' experience as a Survey Party Chief. 0-2 years' experience with computer-aided drafting, specifically with Civil 3D software. EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED. Level II Survey Technician Certification (CST) is preferred.
