ESE supports TBI's residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Survey Designer for our operations in the Alpharetta, Georgia area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!

What is the opportunity?

Survey designers assist Licensed Surveyors preparing subdivision and site documents for recordation and field construction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Wall check and location drawings

• As-builts

• Exhibits

• Plot plans

• House stakeout comps

• Sketches & Legal Descriptions

• Minor design and computations

• Design plans that are recorded in State/county records

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

• Ability to take direction and learn additional design skills

Do you have these qualifications?

• 15 plus years of previous related experience

• Associates or equivalent education

• SIT preferred but not required
