Survey Crew Member - McAllen, TX

Halff has an immediate opening for an entry-level land Survey Crew Helper in our McAllen location. This entry level position requires working outdoors assisting a Land Survey crew. Survey experience is desirable but not required. This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.

Survey Crew Member Requirements:

• Familiarity with handheld computers (tablets, iPads, etc.)

• Good penmanship

• Ability and willingness to follow written or verbal instructions.

• Dependable and responsible regarding punctuality and attendance

• Ability to work overtime/weekends to meet project deadlines.

• Ability to complete physical labor for up to 12 hours per day outside in the elements.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to work starting 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday

• A valid Driver's License

• Ability to pass a drug and background screen.

• Travel generally up to two weeks at a time may be required for position, up to 50%.

• FAA Part 107 sUAS Pilot's license a plus but not required.
