As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief with conventional and GPS surveying experience to join our team in one of Woolpert's offices located in: Cincinnati, OH, Dayton, OH, Chesapeake, VA, Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA.


  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of survey control networks, route surveying, construction staking, boundary surveying, and topographic surveying

  • Additional responsibilities include aerial photo control and mobile and/or aerial LiDAR support

  • Utilize Trimble hardware, robotic total stations, Survey Controller, and TGO/TBC


  • The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in horizontal and vertical survey control networks

  • Basic experience in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation CAD platforms is a plus.

  • Must possess good supervisory skills and be computer literate

  • Must have valid driver's license and be willing to travel as necessary.

VIEW JOBS 10/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-07T00:00 POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Financial Officer serves as the key steward of the financial and physical assets of the region and serves as a strategic partner with the region and Bon Secours Mercy Health leaders in setting the vision and direction for the growth and development of the system in terms of increased revenue, market share, and profitability in the face of increasing competition and reimbursement challenges ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Provides integral direction for all financial decisions made throughout the region, plays a key role at the senior leadership level giving input into the strategic decisions made in the region and serves as a business counselor to other senior executives within the region * Pro-active member of the region executive team among all constituent groups, significantly contributing in deliberations relative to strategic direction and other matters, and being a key advisor to other senior executives. * Provides financial leadership to include Owning the annual budget process, Interpreting financial results with operating managers, Periodic financial forecasts, Development of info needed to support performance improvement initiatives * Participates as a member of the site or region executive management team, establishing plans and accountability measures to facilitate the team meeting operating targets. * Assesses the impact of strategic issues on the organization and makes recommendations to address these issues * Monitors financial activities and established objectives and recommends appropriate changes * Educates dept managers on budgets, monthly reports, etc. * Regularly meets with department managers to track and ensure performance on site specific financial initiatives as needed * Follows up on aberrations to expected financial perf (labor metrics, budget, etc.) * Reviews business analysis for new projects * Active in functions such as case management (denials), revenue cycle, HIM, IT etc. based on region structure. * Assists in month-end close to ensure that information is provided timely * Approves cost report filings JOB REQUIREMENTS 1.Bachelor's Degree in related field required Bon Secours Health System, Inc Cincinnati OH
