Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Survey CAD Technician for a full-time in-office position based in our Greensboro, NC location. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience with residential boundary surveys, topographic surveys, preparing plot plans, and completing foundation and final surveys. You will be expected to carry out assignments under a Registered Professional Land Surveyor or Survey Project Managers with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include researching and downloading various types of data, prepping work for field crews, organizing digital project folders, drafting data observations collected by field crews, communicating with field personnel, management, and clients, creating and editing CAD files, and completing redlines.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Durham, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working out of our Durham office. This role will be 100% based in the Raleigh-Durham area with no overnight travel required.
