JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative support for assigned department and manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Data entry of information into Excel, RECWeb (proprietary system) or other databases.

Image financial statements, property inspections and other borrower related documents.

Scan operating statements, rent rolls and other borrower documents.

Copy and distribute watch list reports on a monthly basis.

MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Provide support to management as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Familiarity with Microsoft Word

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

Detail Oriented

Analytical Skills

Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a high volume setting

PREFERRED SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Word

EQUIPMENT USED

Scanner, phone, fax, copier, personal computer.
