Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age. Provide a valid/current Gaming Registration. Desirable attributes for a candidate seeking the position include: A working knowledge of casino operations and knowledge of gaming regulations, a background in the use of CCTV systems, loss prevention, military and/or law enforcement.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides security and loss control of assets by monitoring all activities on the casino property via CCTV and reporting irregularities to the appropriate personnel as established by procedures.

• Coordinate with Security personnel to provide optimum security services.

• Demonstrated knowledge of gaming regulations relating to casino

• Ability to: detect cheating / theft related activities and take appropriate actions to protect funds and prevent further losses, monitor radio traffic / incoming calls and prioritize observations with respect to potential losses, detect customer gaming activities designed to enhance player win potential, write comprehensive reports and identify areas of potential monetary loss.

• Computer skills that allow the use of "Oasis Systems", "Word", "Access", "Genetec", "Biometrica", "CVI" and "Excel" programs in order to perform the daily functions of the

position.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the direction of management.

Physical demands and Work Environment

Work is generally performed in a confined office setting that requires extended periods of time sitting at a desk operating a computer. The environment is cool and generally low lighting. There may be periods of time that may require walking, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and carrying of items up to 40 lbs. May need to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The work environment involves everyday risk of discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of an office setting. Use of care is needed in the low lighted environment to avoid trips and falls as well as, warm and/or long sleeve clothing or outer garments may be needed due to the cool environment.
