High school graduate or equivalent. Valid driver's license.
Working knowledge of surveillance and investigative techniques. Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Automated Databases. Demonstrated experience to collect pertinent information from a variety of sources, maintain logs, and document discussions with offenders or clients in a human services setting. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Prefer experience working with case management computer applications. Prefer demonstrated experience making referrals to community resources. Prefer working knowledge of an electronic, voice monitoring system &/or anytrax.
