Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via CCTV System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Observe all casino operations via surveillance cameras.
Observe all cash handling in soft count; and all cash transactions in the Cage and on gaming tables. Evaluate dealer and floor person procedures.
Observe players in the casino; tape any suspected cheating activities.
Review gaming video in cases of player/dealer disputes.
Complete daily activity reports; note any pertinent facts (e.g. large cash outs, fills, credits, and/or incidents).
Monitor recording equipment; check equipment operation and functionality.
Notify appropriate person when infractions, cheating, etc are observed. Answer the telephone, radio and log all information.
Comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Must follow the Thoughtful Service model at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics
Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must qualify for and maintain a Louisiana Riverboat Gaming Permit
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
