The candidate will ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment and assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons. This position demands proficiency in sterile, aseptic techniques, and a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide support for invasive surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of operations.

• Maintain the operating room’s safety standards and verify proper function of equipment.

• Demonstrate expertise in sterile and aseptic techniques, as well as a solid knowledge of human anatomy.

• Work full-time with flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shift options. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Completion of a surgical technology course, certificate program, or relevant experience required.

• Recent experience in OR scrub roles required.

• Certification from the Association of Surgical Technologists preferred, with the expectation to obtain it within 18 months post-hire.
