Surgical Technician - Full Time, Evening Shift

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, this position is responsible for preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned case, maintaining sterile field during case and providing surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned case.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Successfully completed training as a surgical technician at an accredited school.

• Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Technologist

• National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• California Fire and Life Safety Card

• National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Experience in acute care setting.
