Surgical Tech Lead# Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $31.12 - $46.68 an hour

  • Full Time, 40 hours a week. $10,000 Sign on Bonus!!# +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.# Boulder Community health is seeking a#Surgical Tech Lead who assists the service coordinator in the direction of surgical patient care. Responsibilities #Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients with respect to race, sex, spiritual, age-specific growth and developmental needs. #When applicable, must be able to adjust the essential functions they perform appropriately to the age of their patient/customer.# #Demonstrates clinical competence in performing clinical procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the clinical skills. #Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial process. #Demonstrates independent clinical decisions in patient care. #Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care. #Communicates clearly in all aspects of documentation. #Ability to assess, treat, and/or care for patients with regards to age. #May be required to perform point of care testing. #May be a point of care trainer. #Refers staff issues or disciplinary actions to Service Coordinator/or Manager.
