A Day in the Life
The Surgical Sales Representative, GYN isresponsible for exceeding sales quota and managing the assigned territorywithin budget guidelines.
Managesassigned territory to exceed quota by:
Makingsales calls to target accounts
Sellingand servicing the target accounts, preplanning and adapting the salespresentation to the individuals involved
Exceedingthe standard level of performance in market segment call activity, targetaccount penetration, evaluations started and evaluations concluded
Demonstratingeffective full line selling
Supportthe execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
Coordinateand allocate corporate resources within the scope and scale of the salesaccount plans.
Participatein training plans and programs. Manage the training for accounts within area ofresponsibility. Facilitate education on product advantages.
Facilitatesales process through involvement of other organizational resources
Maintaina continuing program to improve and upgrade skills to include, but not limitedto:
Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor'sdegree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
A minimum of three years of field sales experience
Documented sales success (achievement to quota)
Demonstrated formal sales skills training, preferably from aFortune 500 company
Niceto Have: Preferred:
Medical sales and/or capital equipment sales experience preferredwith focus on surgeon relationships.
Women's Healthcare sales experience a plus.
