A Day in the Life
Provide procedural andproduct expertise to targeted customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) throughfield travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and OR caseobservations. Manage all aspects of hernia business in the field including, butnot limited to, selling Surgical Device's full line of hernia and meshproducts, and the education of surgeons, hospital personnel, and all salesrepresentatives on procedures and product applications.
Drive revenue to increasehernia and soft tissue repair business achieving necessary budget targets.Develop and support clinical relationships. Drive procedural conversions fromopen procedures to laparoscopic procedures to meet the overall goal ofpositioning Surgical Devices to be the market leader in Hernia repair.
1.Masterall hernia and soft tissue repair related Surgical Devices' products and applicationsfor hernia repair.
2.Developprocedural knowledge and expertise on hernia and soft tissue repair procedures.
3.Developlocal market strategy to increase hernia and soft tissue repair market shareand create a business plan to execute on the strategy
4.Attainrequired objectives designed to increase hernia and soft tissue repair revenueand increase market share.
5.Actas the hernia and soft tissue repair expert in the field for internal andexternal customers.
6.Createeffective selling strategies and tools to assist entire region in convertinghernia and soft tissue repair business
7.Developbusiness by creation of educational programs to increase surgeon's safe andeffective use of Surgical Devices hernia and soft tissue repair products incollaboration with Marketing and Sales Training.
8.Increaseoverall satisfaction levels at Surgical Devices' accounts through support ofproduct and procedural applications
9.Continuallyincrease technical/industry knowledge through appropriate trainingopportunities.
