Surgical Nurse

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Nurse to join our team. As a Surgical Nurse at our company, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding surgical environment, providing high-quality patient care and support. 

Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments and equipment 

Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition before, during, and after surgery 

Collaborate with the surgical team to create and implement perioperative care plans 

Provide pre- and post-operative education and support to patients and their families 

Triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity and urgency 

Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations 

Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment 

Participate in ongoing professional development and training 

Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner 

Requirements

• Active RN
• Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year Nursing experience in OR
• Preferred Qualifications:
• National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicate
