Master of Organization: From planning and scheduling to maintaining adequate staffing levels (including call), you'll keep everything running smoothly like clockwork.

Performance Perfectionist: Reviewing daily performance metrics, you'll ensure our department not only meets but exceeds productivity targets and performance benchmarks.

Strategic Staffing Savvy: With your keen eye for talent, you'll make staffing recommendations and have a say in crucial decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and more.

Team Player Extraordinaire: Regularly communicating with supervisors and staff, participating in interdisciplinary meetings, and attending hospital staff gatherings, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our entire healthcare ecosystem connected.

Budgeting Brilliance: Assist in the preparation of unit budgets, contributing to the financial health of our department and organization.

Qualifications You Bring:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting.
• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of expertise in the relevant area, with at least two years in a supervisory or charge nurse role in Surgery or Day Surgery.
