Surgery Scheduler - Victory Lakes (Casual Appointment)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope/Function: The Surgery Scheduler coordinates operating rooms and the schedules of surgeons/staff needed for the procedure.

Collects and analyzes data on patient surgical cases and availability of operating suites to improve patient care and maximize operating room utilization. Tasked with maintaining balanced operations between nursing services, anesthesia, faculty/community surgeons, and available equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications:

� Bachelor degree and one year experience or High School diploma or equivalent and three years clerical or customer service experience
